Baan Saensook Villas have one or two bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, roofed-over terrace and are configured in five different layouts and sizes. The houses are available for monthly and daily rental.

• Deluxe /Family 2-Bedroom, 2 A/C, 2 Double + Bath + Shower
• Deluxe /Family 2-Bedroom, 2 A/C, 1 Twin, 1 Double + Bath + Shower

Accommodations / Rooms

Large bedrooms 15 sq.m., living room 16 sq.m., kitchen 6 sq.m. and terrace 6 sq.m., 2 bed sheets, 2 pillows, 4 pillow cases, 1 blanket and 2 towels are provided.

The villas are equipped with

• air-conditioner(s),
• bath with water heater,
• shower with hot water,
• 5.3 cu.ft refrigerator,
• cable TV with 21" color display,
• water boiler pot,
• sandwich toaster.
• We provide an extra electric stove for long-staying guests of one year or more.

Rental Terms and Conditions

Monthly Rentals

• Room rates include 7% VAT and 10% service charge, excl. breakfast.
• Transfer From - To Airport 200 Baht / person.
• Excl. electricity 7 Baht/kWh
• Running water 200 Baht / person / month
• Incl. maid service twice a week
• Damage Guarantee fee is required 5,000 Baht per month
• Balance payment due at the resort upon arrival
• Give check-out notice 1 one month in advance.

Daily Rentals

• Daily maid service.
