Notes:
  • Room rates include 7% VAT and 10% service charge, include breakfast.
  • Extra bed surcharge 500 Baht per night ( direct payment at the villas ).
  • Transfer From - To Airport 200 Baht / person / way.
  • Pick up free of charge to the beach, shopping center.
  • Day used 400 Baht until 6:00 pm.
  • Deposit booking 25%, non-refundable.
  • Early check out policy; One (1) room night charge during low season and three (3) room nights charge during high season.
  • Payment for the full period by bank transfer is due 1 week before arrival.
